The Short Version

JikoSync is a tool to help couples communicate better. It's not a replacement for professional mental health care. Use it responsibly, be kind to your partner, and don't do anything illegal.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using JikoSync, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. We may update these terms occasionally—continued use means you accept the changes.

2. What JikoSync Is (and Isn't)

JikoSync is an AI-powered communication tool. It is:

  • A guide for structured conversations
  • A way to practice communication techniques
  • A tool for reflection and insight

JikoSync is NOT:

  • A licensed therapist or medical professional
  • A crisis intervention service
  • A substitute for professional mental health care

3. Your Account

You're responsible for keeping your account secure. Don't share your credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use JikoSync. Both partners must consent to participate in sessions.

4. Acceptable Use

Don't use JikoSync to:

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse anyone
  • Violate any laws
  • Attempt to access other users' data
  • Reverse engineer or copy our technology

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans renew automatically. You can cancel anytime—you'll keep access until the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact us if you're unhappy.

6. Limitation of Liability

JikoSync is provided "as is." We do our best, but we can't guarantee the service will be perfect or uninterrupted. We're not liable for any relationship outcomes or decisions made based on using JikoSync.

7. Termination

You can delete your account anytime. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we do, we'll try to give you notice and let you export your data first.
